Mindfulness Meditation Instruction

Several times a year Gil Fronsdal or senior students offer a 5- or 6-week instructional series for beginning meditators. These classes provide a good overview of mindfulness meditation practice. They include instructions, guided meditations and discussions which help students establish and sustain a daily meditation practice.
