Join us in-person for an evening of mindfulness practice in community to mark the end of 2024 and the beginning of 2025. We will practice sitting and walking meditation; share inspirational reflections (bring a poem or song to share); do a guided brahma vihara meditation, chant together and ring the bell 108 times to bring the celebration to a close — an IMC tradition. Please come whenever you can and stay as long as you like. We will have a pot luck supper at 5;00 PM so please bring some food to share.

Tanya Wiser began a four-year teacher training program in 2021 under the guidance of Gil Fronsdal and Andrea Fella at the Insight Meditation Center in Redwood City, California. Her dharma practice began in 2006. Tanya’s approach to sharing the practice is informed by her direct experience of the Dharma and shaped by her training in Mindfulness, Compassion, and Somatic Therapies.
