Registration is now open for the 2024 – 2025 Eightfold Path Program (In-Person and Zoom) Taught by  Tanya Wiser, Liz Powell, Chris Clifford, and others One Sunday a month, beginning Sept 2024, 1:00 to 3:30 pm with a concluding Saturday daylong in June, 2025 **Here is the link for more information and registration**

4 Monday evenings, June 24 – July 15, 7:15 to 8:30pm Basic instructions in mindfulness meditation taught sequentially, starting with mindfulness of breathing, followed by mindfulness of the body, emotions, thinking, and the application of mindfulness in daily life. No pre-registration is necessary.
